Twin Cities School of Guitar ("we", "us") is a guitar school serving the south metro of the Twin Cities, owned and operated by Ryan Popovic. This policy covers guitarlessonstwincities.com and the other ways you share information with us, such as forms, email, text messages and class sign-ups.

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and details you share when you request a free intro session, fill out a form, sign up for classes, or message us. For students under 18, a parent or guardian provides this information.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Class and scheduling information. Your class sign-ups, attendance and credits, kept in our scheduling system.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, standard technical data such as your browser, device, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule your free intro session
• To run classes, manage sign-ups and process tuition

Parents and guardians arrange sign-up and communication for younger students. If you believe a child has given us information without permission, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep your information for as long as you are a student or inquiring about classes, and afterward for as long as needed for business, legal and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
